Welcome to Reliable Akak Cleaner. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by SJ Infinity Resources (SSM: 202603051151 / KT0608714-W), operating under the brand name Reliable Akak Cleaner ("we," "us," or "our").
By booking our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Service Standard & Scope
Premium Standard: We specialise in deep, non-toxic health-safe cleaning. We do not perform basic "surface-level" sweeps. Our minimum engagement ensures adequate labour hours to meet our strict health-safe protocols.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if the property condition differs significantly from what was described, or if the environment poses a safety or health hazard to our staff (e.g., biological waste, pest infestations, structural hazards).
2. Pricing & Payments
Quotations: All price estimates (RM550 – RM1,980+) are based on the estimated square footage and property type provided by the Client. If our team arrives and the property is significantly larger or requires heavier restoration than disclosed, we reserve the right to adjust the price before commencing work.
Invoicing: All official invoices and payment requests will be issued under our registered company name, SJ Infinity Resources.
Payment Terms (Upfront Payment): To secure your booking and deploy our team, 100% full payment must be cleared via bank transfer or approved payment gateway prior to the commencement of any cleaning services. Our team will not begin work until full payment is verified.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We commit a dedicated team and reserve exclusive hours for your property. Therefore, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or instances where our team cannot access the property upon arrival, may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted service price to cover lost labour and travel costs.
4. Property Access & Preparation
The Client is responsible for ensuring our team has unimpeded access to the property at the scheduled time (e.g., providing keys, access cards, or security clearance).
Valuables: While our staff are thoroughly vetted and trained, we request that the Client secure all highly valuable items, cash, jewellery, and irreplaceable heirlooms prior to our arrival.
5. Liability & Damages
We handle your home with the utmost care. However, accidents can occasionally happen. Any damage believed to be caused by our team must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion.
Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures (e.g., loose artwork, unsecured shelving, weakened hinges), or degraded surfaces.
Our liability for any verified damage is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
6. The RAC Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our 4-hour minimum health-safe standard. If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the cleanliness of any specific area included in your package, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service.
Upon verification, we will return to re-clean the specific area in question completely free of charge.
We do not offer cash refunds for completed services. The guarantee applies to the quality of the work performed, not to areas excluded from the original service agreement.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
